Custom-written Ceremony Package
Mon-Thurs $325 (Weekday)

A Custom-written ceremony is any content outside the Foundational Ceremony options, such as new spoken text added for Rev. Benae to orate, unique vows and ring exchange, new content such as storytelling about the couple, or a newly architected order.

I am Rev. Benae Colbért. With over 21 years of experience officiating weddings, I offer a wealth of wisdom and expertise in crafting unique ceremonies for couples like you. I create every ceremony tailored to each couple's needs, crafting a unique wedding experience that is both meaningful and memorable for the couple and their guests.
How It Works

Budget. Cost is one of the first things couples need to know when planning and budgeting. My officiant fee is based on the day and the ceremony chosen.

Surf. Please look through my website to learn more about my background and philosophy, view photos of couples I've married over the years, and read some of their reviews.

Ping. Once you are ready to book me, check my availability calendar. Fill out the form on my Contact page, and we are on our way! I will respond within 24 hours.

Ceremony Consult. We then need to set a date for our Ceremony Consult. At that meeting, we will get to know one another a bit and discuss ideas for your ceremony. I can meet in person safely or via phone or video call if necessary.

Payment. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at your Ceremony Consult to secure the date. This counts towards the total fee, which is due before or on your wedding day.

Create. I then write your ceremony based on that meeting and email it to you for revisions or final confirmation.

Payment
Payment in full is due on or before the actual ceremony date. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due before or at the Ceremony Consult to secure Rev. Benae for your ceremony date. The above services include Reverend Benae writing and performing your wedding ceremony to your specifications and satisfaction. Please contact me for all other services, including baptisms, blessings, and invocations.
*Travel/Parking
.70/mile fee is charged for the minister's total round-trip driving mileage for rehearsal and the wedding day when the event is more than 20 miles beyond downtown Austin. If the venue requires admission, parking (including valet), or vendor access fees, the couple handles the cost as part of the event logistics. For weddings that require air travel and accommodations, the couple is responsible for arranging and paying for these expenses, including a $50 per diem meal cost when not provided.
**Holidays
Kindly add $75 if your ceremony will take place on any major U.S. holiday, including New Year's Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve & Day.
